DFW Area Residential Service HVAC Technician
(MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL HVAC EXPERIENCE- THIS IS NOT AN APPRENTICE POSITON) Operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for residence equipment. This individual supports the business by traveling to customers and helping create solutions for their homes. You will partner with the business to diagnose issues and repairs. In addition to supporting Milestone efforts to ensure we are effectively communicating with our customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems. Travel to job sites in the service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer. Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency needs of our customers. Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting vehicle inspection form. EXTREME customer service skills, Ability to interact with homeowners, collect money and relay information clearly. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle.
