Job Summary The Service Technician III – Controls serves as a senior-level front-line resource by providing technical support, guidance, and training to other service technicians. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on a variety of building automation and control systems. Essential Duties Proficiently handles the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced control systems. Diagnoses system performance through observation, testing and setup as required by trade/position. Performs planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment. Efficiently completes service contracts, quoted projects, and responds to demand service
