Job Summary The Facilities Controls Tech II – performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on Building Automation, energy management, and access controls systems. Essential Duties Manages intricate controls installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. Diagnoses system performance through observation, testing and setup as required by trade/position. Performs planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the contract. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment. Executes preventive maintenance, scheduled projects, and corrective service calls as instructed.
