Job Summary Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Essential Duties Prepare detailed material take-offs, design suitable systems, and create isometric and schematic sketches based on blueprints, specifications, submittals, and job orders for a variety of construction projects. Engage in comprehensive job planning for work packages, oversee construction/manufacturing schedules, manpower requirements, and ensure optimal staffing levels by leveraging expertise in equipment and tools.
