Electrical - Apprentice

Willard is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to assist lead electricians with residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools; planning layout and installation of wiring based on job specifications and local codes; assisting with whole-home rewires and electrical upgrades; and ensuring all work meets safety standards and local electrical codes. Requires 1-3 years of electrical apprenticeship experience or completion of an electrical trade school program, foundational knowledge of residential electrical systems, and ability to work safely in residential environments.
