The Subject Matter Expert (SME) Mechanical is the main point of contact for mechanical operations and is responsible for all aspects of data center operations related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical related critical environment systems. This lead role handles chillers, cooling towers, CRAHs, air handling units, and related mechanical infrastructure. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures, trains junior technicians, and coordinates with vendors on complex mechanical repairs. Requires extensive experience with commercial HVAC and data center mechanical systems.
