Epiroc in Garland, TX is seeking an Assembler 1 to perform assembly operations on drilling rigs and equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. Responsibilities include assembling mounted hydraulic products by installing and tightening bolts and hydraulic hoses according to work instructions, maintaining a clean assembly area and performing 5S activities, and performing other duties as required. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of assembly experience. Knowledge of safe working practices in a manufacturing environment is required; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred. Work environment involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes required on the production floor.
