Position Summary Reporting to the Service Manager, the Controls Technician II - Service is responsible for independent troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, commissioning, and supporting building automation systems under time-and-material service requests, planned maintenance agreements, and small service projects. This position delivers reliable, secure, and user-friendly automation solutions while maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
