Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician III independently diagnoses, services, and repairs complex commercial HVAC systems and specialized equipment. This advanced technician role conducts detailed system and airflow diagnostics, manages significant customer interactions, and supports high-quality Service execution. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Service KKT equipment, cooling towers, IntelliPak units, SCUD units, pumps, and other assigned commercial HVAC equipment. Independently service and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems. Perform light- through heavy-commercial HVAC work. Conduct advanced airflow diagnostics, duct balancing, and static-pressure testing.
