Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician II independently performs preventive maintenance, service calls, system-performance optimization, and increasingly complex repairs on light-commercial HVAC equipment. This role applies advanced system knowledge and delivers technical solutions with a strong customer-service focus. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Service larger rooftop units and split systems generally ranging from 10 to 20 tons. Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervision. Independently manage assigned service calls. Conduct preventive maintenance and system-performance optimization. Perform light-commercial HVAC work.
