Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician IV serves as a master-level technical resource responsible for the most complex commercial, industrial, and specialized HVAC systems. This role manages critical customer relationships, diagnoses advanced mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, and controls issues, and mentors other technicians. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Service screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, air-cooled chillers, Flakt and Joy fans, pneumatic systems, and other advanced equipment. Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving high-efficiency, multizone, and industrial-grade equipment.
